Exchange - Returns

At VS THE WORLD, we want you to feel amazing representing your hometown pride. That's why we offer a simple exchange and return process to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Here's how it works:

Apparel:

• Exchanges: We offer one free exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send the item back to us with a note of your order number, the new size you need, and your shipping address if it has changed.

• Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a $5 fee to cover original shipping costs. Please include a note of your order number with the returned item.

Non-Apparel (Hats, Flags, Mugs, etc.):

• Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error in the order received.

Errors and Issues:

• If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately for a free exchange or return.
